Raydian was established in 1987 under the name of Laserfix, with a view to offering a unique style of service agreement to customers on their existing printers. In those early years, photocopying machines were sold with on-site, toner inclusive service agreements. However if you owned a printer, cartridges would need to be purchased at exorbitant costs and on-site repairs on these desktop printers were paid for on an ad-hoc basis.<br/>We quickly became aware of the need to provide our clients with a service contract for their pre-existing desktop printers, covering on-site servicing, parts and consumables. Laserfix met this demand and quickly established itself as the leading supplier of these unique service contracts to businesses throughout South Africa.
