In June 2008, Belinda formed Leadership Solutions. Belindas interests include strategic leadership, organisational and individual performance and the development of leadership. Her passion is enabling people to achieve what they had previously believed was impossible.Belinda has recorded more than 3500 hours of coaching with executives and senior managers and teams. She has a sound understanding of business and strategy across a broad range of industries including banking, manufacturing, advertising, engineering and hospitality.She has also taken more than 100 new managers through an exciting accelerated development program that builds knowledge, skill and impact through a combination of group action learning and coaching.
