Finding the right employees for a business can be a handful. Screening through applicants for a job post can take weeks if not months and that is where the personnel consultants come in. Personnel consulting has two main processes which are namely, Headhunting and Personnel audits.
 
Headhunting involves looking at the profiles of candidates that might be suitable for the job post, also checking which candidate is on the market and might be available for an interview with the recruitment agency before they go on another interview with the actual employer.
 
Audits on candidates are conducted immediately after the headhunting process. This involves the verification of the candidate’s qualifications, job position, previous job positions and ITC checks. This process is very important as companies that outsourced the personnel consultants expect the consultants to provide the best candidates for the job.
