Finding the right employees for a business can be a handful. Screening through applicants for a job post can take weeks if not months and that is where the personnel consultants come in. Audits on candidates are conducted immediately after the headhunting process. This involves the verification of the candidate’s qualifications, job position, previous job positions and ITC checks. This process is very important as companies that outsourced the personnel consultants expect the consultants to provide the best candidates for the job.
