Meditation instruction

Mediation helps to reduce a variety of emotional problems such as stress, anxiety and depression. It focuses on relaxing the mind. Breathing mediation instruction is simplest and easy technique especially for beginners. It focuses on the awareness of breathing as a way of relaxing the mind.  Breathing mediation can be done counting the number of inhalations and exhalations.  Some practitioners do it focusing on the movement of breath.  Guided imagery mediation may be done using repetitive scripts. This technique can also be practiced visualizing peaceful locations that can relax your mind.
 
All sorts of expectations arise when one is meditating it is possible that you may experience peace but if you do not get it never give up. Just like any other tasks practice makes perfect. It is also important not to push too hard. If meditation gets hard you can stand up and do something else to refresh your mind.
