Ironside Steel was established in 2004. Our office and stock room was in back room in a friends house, we started off by buying job loads of pipe fittings. Dennet sold his ski boat to finance his new business. From there we start opening accounts and started trading. In 2005 we were trading in light steel sections and pipes, fittings and valves. We were approached by a larger merchant, who offered us stock in Hand railing and grating, giving us the opportunity to grow our business, which traded as Trident Pipes.In 2006 We changed the name to Ironside Steel.In 2007 we parted ways with the larger merchant. Richard Fuidge joined us and we took on a new partner, Horrie Kemp the ex financial director of Dunlop tyres. In order to increase our hand railing business, we started our own manufacture of hand railing.2012 We bought Horrie Kemp out and have grown and traded since, with the two directors.
