Action Panel beaters has been in existence from 1983 and over this period we grew to a big Auto Repair Clinic with several Korrek and Blackhawk Chassis straighteners. To compliment this we also have a Blackhawkshark computerized diagnostic system which is capable of measuring chassis or moni frames to a one-millimetre accuracy. Our Qualified Panelbeaters and Foremen is fully trained in the use of this equipment. We are also using the Wedge Clamp pivot measuring system for accuracy on chassis repairs.We have qualified Spray painters and are using Spies Hecker paints exclusively. The spray-painting is done in 3 spraybooth/bake ovens of which one is a bigger Saico and the other Europe from Italy. In the paint preparation bays we are using the Dry Flatting systems complete with infrared drying systems to speed up customer jobs.
