Giles is one of the northern suburbs most popular after work meeting places and has become renowned for its bustling ambience and superb deck overlooking the Craighall Park Valley which has a magnificent sunset view. Giles generally attracts an upmarket crowd and has become very popular amongst young professionals on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday evening. Saturdays too can be very busy depending on which sport is being broadcast on the eight large plasma TV screens. The menu has changed somewhat over the 17 years yet the favourite dishes still remain unchanged, namely, The Grandma Burger, Andys Fish and Chips, Flos Delight and the Oriental Chicken Salad. To keep the menu fresh, varied and interesting there are monthly specials. The wine list is extensive, non-expensive and features some unique estates. The Giles cartoon theme still remains on the tables and within the menu with additions from Ians personal collections that he drew.
