SPM equipment is sold on a Turnkey basis with each plant individually tailored to the clients specific circumstances. All equipment is designed and manufactured in Cape Town, South Africa from where it is shipped to the clients premises for installation and commissioning by SPM's technicians.All plant PLCs are linked via internet to SPMs computers in Cape Town for on-line trouble-shooting. In addition to the standard one year warranty against defective workmanship or materials the company also undertakes to make travel arrangements for a qualified technician within 24 hours of notification of any serious breakdown.
