Callies Abattoirs is a place where animals are slaughtered humanely for food consumption. We comply with the stringent health standards. All health inspections are carried out by the Department of Agriculture. Our abbattoir facility consists of a slaughter floor, deboning hall, offal processing and packaging and by products packaging.
