Rudnev S.A. (Pty) Ltd was founded in 1971 as a joint venture between Michael J. Rudnev Ltd of Australia and R.J. Southey (Pty) Ltd to supply and install Rudnev's then unique panel for cold storage.This panel has a rigid thermosetting glue line and is produced on a continuous roll press, the only limit to the length of a panel being the length of the transport vehicle.In 1976 R.J. Southey (Pty) Ltd bought back the Australian interest in Rudnev S.A. (Pty) Ltd, making it a wholly owned South African Company without any royalty obligation.Over the years the company has integrated international concepts in cold store construction, which are now standard practice.With 45 years experience, Rudnev is a market leader in the manufacture of insulated panel and the installation of cold storage areas.
