Framing Centre HistoryThe Framing Centre started as a gift shop in the Blue Route Mall in Tokai over 25 year ago. The present owners, Mike and Pauline Heath, have owned the business for over 10 years.In 2003 they moved the factory to new larger premises in Royal Cape Park Wynberg and expanded this factory further in 2011.A new shop was opened in the Stodels Centre in Milnerton in 2004, and the Blue Route shop was moved to a new improved premises in Tokai Village Centre, in May 2011 and in 2014 moved to No11 Tokai Road, Tokai.
