Steam was opened by Sabine Fiorine and Olivier de Boever in August 2016.With a theme based on science fiction we have pushed the boundaries with our interior decor. With a selection of A Grade steaks matured to perfection; 200g 100% Beef patty gourmet burgers and South African dishes such as Bobotie, Springbok Shanks and Lamb Casserole, Steam Restaurant is a favourite amongst South Africans and Tourists alike. Our rooftop-bar has a loungy feel to it. With a lovely selection of locally crafted gins and some special imports, our gin-connoisseur will tantalize any palate. Cocktails at dusk are a must and a selection of fine whiskeys will calm the nerves after a day's fight with air
