Flux Architecture is an Architectural practice based in Cape Town with a focus on contemporary design. Established in 2000 by Jacques van Niekerk, Flux has become a well-recognised practice along the Atlantic Seaboard, specialising in high-end residential housing as well as high-end apartment blocks. Apart from already completed projects, Flux is currently busy with many new exciting developments, including many new luxury apartment blocks along the Atlantic Seaboard which will be breaking ground 2016 and 2017. 22 Chepstow road is one of these exciting new developments.
