Control over the game of bowls in Johannesburg, for the benefit of its members, shall be vested in a body called JOHANNESBURG BOWLS ASSOCIATION, hereinafter referred to as JBA whose area of jurisdiction shall be as defined by BOWLS SOUTH AFRICA from time to time.
