Edu is a fourth generation farm boy from the Western Cape, who happens to be a butcher and a farmer in Durbanville, Cape Town. This allows him to understand the language when it comes to natural rearing methods that needs to be followed to ensure a quality product. After spending a number of years in the United Kingdom and various parts of Europe he ensured that he visited many butchers on his travels always making the time to find out what they do, how they do things and the different methods, combinations and flavors which they employed I their respective butcheries which they implement. When it comes to grocery shopping we understand that the bulk of the budget is pent on meat leaving little room for error in purchasing. All our meat is aged to ensure optimum quality in terms of flavor and tenderness making sure that each purchase is guaranteed value for money.
